Dear Husband said (in Bisaya, our dialect), "You're going to post this, aren't you?"
Hehehehe. Ofcourse! How could I resist? My family can attest to my fascination with..you know... extra-terrestials, unidentified flying objects, imaginary alien friends and such.
So coming home tonight I was in utter amazement to see this sight over yonder from the little green house! Dear Husband told me it was just the light from the highway, etc., etc, etc. Then how come I have never seen this before?? And he knows I always check my perimeter and above at night!
Hmmm coming from the man who told me a while back that the light I was seeing on top of the hill in the ranch was someone parked there? Yes, parked? The light was hovering a distance above the hill at midnight!!! Unless cars flew and hovered and went and hanged out on other people's properties at unholy hours, I would have believed him. That story ended with him stepping outside and studying the light. Could be. Might be. But groping for something more logical, he went back to bed.
In case this is the part where you are reading this and thinking, "Just when I thought she was just another normal person who liked crafts and cutesydoodles, she goes all alien on me!", I wanted to let you know that I appreciate the time you have spent visiting my blog and I want to thank you :-)
I am not really that weird...
But I did take out my telephoto lens in hopes of catching some unidentified silhouette ala X-Files thru the light. :-) Apparently, not tonight.
Let us end this post with a fitting quote from the High Priest of Pop Culture and who celebrates his 100th birthday today, Marshall McLuhan:
The Medium is the message.
Peace.Love.Dream. Goodnight mysterious world.
