This blog has been quiet...since...it seemed like I was in labor for months...then the baby came bouncing out quick! :-D I'll be back to sharing again here soon (AND going back to work) ...but for now I am enjoying baby smells and seeing the beautiful crack of dawn.

Hullo! Yes :-) it has been a million years... But I have been teaching at the school and have to focus, thus the disappearance. Although I still have 3 more days till the class ends, wanted to leave you with some images until I can write a decent post again.

Hullo! I have started accepting custom orders for my handcarved stamps and have been busy painting the wooden handles for Ayla from the The Little Pinky Store's custom order of a logo stamp and alphabet stamp! This is the first coating, and I am going for the pink as shown in the bottle :-) Tomorrow they will be off to their lovely owner and I shall say goodbye to all these cute goodness haha.
And yes! We have a real utility head block!!! Thank you to my mother for lugging this heavy thing back. Such joy to be able to work on real block. So excited with Cookie's custom order!
I have yet to give her a name. :-) Yes, inanimate objects are more fun when they have names LOL. Oh I am so happy to finally own one of these and make sure my mother did not have to pay extra luggage weight in vain. Are there any particular hats you want to see on her head? Let me know! :-)

To end a productive day, I usually need to do something creative to relax my senses before I go to bed. Reading a book does not count anymore for me because I usually do not put it down till I am finished hahaha meaning NO SLEEP.
Relaxation means a myriad of little simple things to make and turning our bedside into a jungle of works-in-progress :-) But whenever I can get a sizeable eraser block, I carve eraser stamps to zone out and clear my mind. It works every time, gives instant gratification and the extra laugh at the end is a bonus.
Do you have any particular activity to end your day? I would love to hear it!
